Due to the nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds for custom work unless the air freshener is defective due to our part. You can exchange any of our pre-printed air fresheners that are still brand new, unopened and not damaged within 7 days of receiving. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you are ever dissatisfied with any of our items, please contact us. We are here to help!

For refunds due to defects, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
